I do rather like the idea of being able to claim damages from an ISP intentionally blocking your site without good reason - as long as it doesn't impair takedowns for "spamvertising".<br /><br />Someone (possibly on here?) revealed the list of sites Microsoft's copyright-bot had tried to have removed for copyright violations .. including Bing.
