It doesn't matter how straight forward the install or repair should be in reality. It's like they spend more time conjuring up new ways to get in the way of proividing a decent, expedient, refreshing service than delivering on the service itself. There are some brilliant OR engineers out there who've bent over backwards for me to get a job done, but sadly I've come across far more who seem to avoid anything that looks like work. Not to mention those in Head Office that seem to relish a good cockup on a job. I take confort in all the alternative providers that have been moving into our area and so far doing a pretty decent job providing better connectivity at competetive prices and with so little fuss that I now recommend those over OR based products if available. Would A&A consider gettin in with the likes of https://www.fullfibre.co/ or other Alt providers to resel their infrastructure or produce one of your own.
