(Of course, "not a fault" was a particularly tough line for them to push once TSOps found it was the result of a faulty router linecard on the backbone and fixed it...) Likewise "Voice Assured Broadband": enable it on a line showing packet loss, report the packet loss as being a fault meaning VAB isn't actually working, and demand they get the service working as contracted.jas88https://www.blogger.com/profile/05563592458314214904noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3993498847203183398.post-77514943750557064422014-04-07T13:57:14.226+01:002014-04-07T13:57:14.226+01:00To be fair, it appears to be a consultation for a ...To be fair, it appears to be a consultation for a proposed service.RevKhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12369263214193333422noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3993498847203183398.post-20254784754538942922014-04-07T13:56:12.568+01:002014-04-07T13:56:12.568+01:00Any references? I'd love to see BT claim that they don't support such mainstream offers.Markhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10358906626130275959noreply@blogger.com
