  1. I think that just illustrates how utterly useless Ofcom is. If the police caught a serial bankrobber in the act would they say to him that, provided he promises to stop robbing banks after a certain date next month, they'll say no more about his past crimes? Ofcom seem to be saying it's OK to break the law provided you stop doing so when we tell you to. Their so called investigation doesn't even mention the many illegal non-silent calls, like the one they definitely did not make to you, but which are documented on Facebook and many other websites.
